Communion:
While we are unable to gather together for communion, we encourage you to take communion in your home. Remember, it's not the actual wafer and cup of juice served each week that makes the act of communion sacred, but it's doing it "In Remembrance of Me." Use items you have at home and gather together as a family around the table to remember the sacrifice Christ made for us.
Sometimes as Christians, we can live a life as though nothing has changed. Many Christians still view life as they did from their previous experience as a non-believer. Friends, do you realise that the cross has changed everything? This realisation will transform the way you see the world. The world seen through the cross changes everything.
Let us no longer live as though we are bound and in darkness. Let us no longer live as though there is no hope. Through Jesus, through His death on the cross, and His resurrection, we are overcomers and victorious. You are alive and free. No longer is your past weighing you down, but those shackles are now broken. No longer are you dead in your sin, but you are made righteous by the blood of the lamb. Now you are heirs to Christ and children of the living God. Amen!
